Thursday, September 13, 2007 Ohh holiday coming soon... yay. I may be moving house to werribee (in suburbs where the main Veterinary campus is), and that wil take me an hour and a half everyday to get to school (SO THREE HOURS of travelling daily). Someone help me.Last Sunday 9th of Sept, i went to Boxhill for a Leadership Camp (part of Student Ambassador Leadership Program of Unimelb), it was really fun. My group tried the Flying fox, which was the usual favourite, i tried that before in secondary school so i told myself to run and jump down this time instead of slowly step off the platform(as i did in the sec sch) to challenge myself. We tried the one where we have to climb up the small pole (about three storey high?) and grab the bar in front about 1.2 meters away. I almost caught it but i went and grab the rope instead (i guess i was abit too nervous). Next we went on the amazing obstacle about 3 stories high also and you have to get across the poles standing on two strings only. That was kinda hard and because it is only two wires... you will feel as if you have parkinson disease moving so awkwardly. After the camp i really felt i did challenge myself to do some tasks that were pretty scary, however so long as i tell myself they are not and is easy i could do it without any fear. When someone asked me if i wanna try i just said yes without hesitating while alot others were very uncertain. kairi [hearts.joined] 7:01 PM
